At My Gardenia, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used products
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized items
  • Clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your financial institution.
